Groovy Tuesday's Bistro is a proud supporter of local artists and culture in downtown Barrie. The restaurant features four local artists a year with each exhibition lasting 3 months. Images Studio Tour - Celebrating 27 years of artistic spirit. This free, self-guided tour will take you to the studios of some of the finest artists and craftspeople in Barrie, Orillia and Ontario's Lake Country. All studios are open Thanksgiving weekend from Friday, October 8th through Monday, October 11th 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Benefactor Art Exchange offers Benefactor Members an opportunity to select an original piece of art to hang in their home or office for one year. Every year, artists from across the province generously loan their artwork to this programme. The Blue Mountain Foundation for the Arts (BMFA) is a vibrant arts organization that promotes the arts in the Georgian Triangle, supporting and educating artists in our community.
